Hi All

With January here, we start a new year. With that comes new format and ideas for the club.

December photos of the monthly subject are above. January continues to brings the challenge of new training, discussions and adventures to improve everyone's skills.

We just held our first meeting of the new year. It was a discussion topic night. The topic was Macro Photography. This is a great indoor winter photo opportunity that you can stay warm while doing. December closed out the year with our trip to the Detroit Model Railroad Club for a great night of photos. Some are above and lots are on the Facebook site. Our next meeting is January 18th. This is a photo review/discussion night. The subjects are all listed below on this page. The monthly subject will be "Holiday Lights". See the left column for place and time. Second meeting.

One of our biggest changes last year was the start of the new Flint Lensmen Camera Club Face Book Page. Everyone is encouraged to join. You will be kept up to date on activities and events as well as training opportunities. You won't be able to post on the site unless you are a paid dues member. Please visit. We will be planning New and exciting learning events and photo trips. Everyone can join in on these trips. Some great places for great photo taking opportunities.

With each month comes the challenge of photos for the months photo subject. Along with photos for the other categories listed below.

Hoping to start an "Our Community" photo challenge that can be something of interest and will probably be a season long project.

See Facebook page and Activities section on this site. Anyone is invited to go, Member or visitor. For information please contact the club through the email right side of this page, or Facebook page.
