Hunters Run-Metamora Michigan June 27th and 28th.
There is an upcoming horse event in Metamora Michigan. The 27th is when riders can go anywhere in the course and practice different jumps on the cross country course. This is a much less crowded day. On the 28th is a strict competition day, where spectators are kept to roped off areas. Our group has gone on different days and there is a different experience for both. The 27th will be casual where you can walk the course, enjoy the venue, while making sure you are safe from traffic patterns of the galloping horses. The riders are more relaxed, not in strict clothing requirements of the next day. The day of the competition is also incredibly fun, as there is excitement, true competition and lots of food trucks, people, trailers and different things to photograph. I need to know if any are planning on attending, as I will call Dave Emmons,(owner of the Farm) and get his ok. Some of the organizations have changed rules, so if there are people interested, I have to get his ok....The deadline to let me know is Wednesday June 24th, so I have time to contact Dave.
